Micah 3:1-12

1. Rebuke: The Sins of the Leaders (Vss. 1-12)
   1. • All creation responds to the voice of God and gladly obeys His will EXCEPT man made in God’s image.
   2. A. The Civil Authorities (Vss. 1-4)
   3. B. The False Prophets (Vss. 5-8)
      • When God is left out of human government, it is easy for officials to use their authority selfishly to exploit the people.
   4. • But the true servant of God declares God’s message regardless of whether the people like it or not. He’d like to be a peacemaker, but sometimes he has to be a troublemaker.
   5. C. All the Leaders of the Land
      • Any theology that makes it easy for us to sin is not Biblical Theology.
